Solution SoCalSkateShop.com has been open for over 3 years now and as of today, November 14th 2006, we have received hundreds of emails, phone calls, and in person props for our skateshop. We appreciate all of the feedback we get and up until now have never posted customer testimonials. So here we go.

I just received my custom "Old School 1978 era" Dog Town pool board and you guys just rock. It's perfect and exactly what I ordered. Great job and I can wait to hit the half-pipe at the local park.

I highly recommend SoCal, they hit it out of the park and it was a real pleasure doing buisiness with them.

SCS, everything worked out great with my order. The bearings are fantastic and the hardware, well, what can you say (the trucks are still attached!). Everything arrived this week and I was able to skate today on my newest deck. Appreciate all that you do for skateboarding. You and your shop and skatepark website are top-notch.

I just received my complete this afternoon. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am. I went to a couple of shops here and they looked at me like I had two heads when I told them what I was looking for. Your guy knew exactly what I wanted and what was needed to complete the board. Way back when, there wasn't the truck selection there is now, he was a big help aiding me in the truck selection. Now, I finally have a board just like the last one I had in the late 70's. Thanks for all your help answering my questions. I purchased a Kevin Harris Freestyle Board from your shop a couple weeks back and was very pleased with the board and assembly. I am just writing to tell you how incredibly pleased I am with the quality of service you have continued to provide. I just recieved the Coerey O'Brien reissue signed, and I could not be happier! The deck is awesome! I have ordered from you in the past; and I will absolutely continue to do so in the future. I run a large lucrative rest./bar here in Md. and customer service is top priority to generate return business. I feel like you have done this everytime I order a deck. It's also just very nice to be praised once in a while as opposed to negative comments all the time. It's very easy to complain. Not many people/customers take the time to thank you for a job well done. I will buy reissue decks from you regularly from now on.

Your SCS wheels certainly have lived up to the hype, they are fast and grippy. I was very surprised at how grippy they are for a 101a wheel. I figured the extra surface grooves were the reason, but I have already worn them down to almost a smooth wheel and they still grip great! I had been riding 97a and 98a wheels solely for the added grip, but I was sacrificing speed at the same time. With the SCS wheels I have noticed about 20% to 25%+ speed increase. I plan on buying another set of these when mine wear out so please don't change the formula. Great wheels Mike!

The OMJ III went down this weekend after being postponed last week due to rain. We had the biggest and best turn out this year. I just read your about us page and it really stoked me. First of all I have been totally satisfied with your company and your service with the orders I have placed. I started skating in the early 80's and your (Actually it is my brother Steve's model but skaters have always had this confused LOL) Variflex model was the first REAL board I rode, so that stoked me! I had quit skating about 12 or so years ago and they recently built a concrete park at the YMCA in Dunedin Florida. When I saw it I knew I had to start again and now I'm really glad that I did. The park was built by Tim Pain and has a couple of quality vert pools. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that you guys are doing a great job and keep up the good work. Thanks,

However, Whenever my local shop doesn't have what I want, I will go through you. You guys rock and your selection is insane. I gave you guys props at the skatepark for getting the wheels from you. And that advert for the wheels that says they will turn heads at the local skatepark is sooo right on. I really didn't expect heads to turn, but dang, they all stop me and all the kids at the park have probably riden my board more than I have since I got the wheels. They all asked where I got them too, so I gave you guys props to probably about 50 kids out here in Bloomington, IN.

Again, you guys rock. I love my wheels, loved the service, love the added DVD that you guys flat out didn't have to include. Thank you thank you thank you.
