Overall I'm very happy with these pads. Only a 4 out of 5 because the knee pads need to be broken in a bit. When you first put them on new the bottom pad that touches your shin is very hard, and puts a bit of uncomfortable pressure on my shins. It's not a deal breaker, but if that area was a bit softer material I don't think they would need to be broken in. Not sure how long it will take before I either get used to it, or the pad area softens up.
