To ensure a perfect knee pad fit, match to the sizes listed below:

1) Measure the circumference 4" above the knees center:

• X-Small: 12"- 14.5"
  
• Small/Medium: 14" - 16.5" 
  
• Large/X-Large: 16" - 18.5"

2) Measure the circumference 4" below the knees center:

• X-Small: 10.5"- 12.5"
  
• Small/Medium: 12" - 14" 
  
• Large/X-Large: 13.5" - 15.5"
