The Triple 8 Wrist Savers provide essential protection for skaters, skateboarders, and mountainboarders. The quality of the product leaves something to be desired, however. I am only 5'8' and weigh 160 pounds and found that there wasn't quite enough Velcro on the straps to insure a secure fit. Additionally, the thermoplastic stays on the underside of each Wrist Saver were contoured in a way that would accommodate no human wrist. A baboon maybe, but not a human. Modifications were necessary and easy - simply a matter of sewing on more Velcro and reshaping the wrist stays with a heat gun. I'm not dissatisfied in the slightest, but the buyer should understand that he may need to make a modification or two before he's happy with this product.
