A: YES - 99.9% of the products you see listed at SoCalSkateShop.com are on hand and ready to ship and available at our retail store. The beauty of our retail store is that our online order processing center is connected to the shop!
All of us here at SoCal Skateshop take great pride in making sure you orders and fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. If there is an issue with inventory, we will contact the customer and inform them of the options to either wait for the product to come in, select a 2nd choice or cancel the item if it is a product that is no longer available or there is an extremely long wait. This does happen extremely infrequently but it is a part of the business that we take very seriously and we really work hard to avoid these types of issues.
Q: Do You Provide Free Items With Orders?
A: YES - based on availability, we try to include promo items, such as stickers, magazines, dvds and posters.

A: No - we believe we have some of the best pricing in the industry and treat all of our customers equally. Our product selection and customer service is second to none among core skateboard shops. A: YES - On all Mainland USA Orders over the subtotal of $60. We have had free shipping offer for over 10 years and believe it is fair order break point for free shipping. We provide fast shipping and use either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to ship your orders.

A: YES - We have a retail store in Mission Viejo, Ca. It is located at 24002 Via Fabricante, #404, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. All inventory on our website is available in our retail store.
