The S1 Shred Pads come in a set with the knee and elbow pads included and are sized down to fit kids age 5 to 8. S1 Shred Pads are lightweight, flexible and comfy. These pads are great for keeping knee and elbows safe from unexpected slams.
To figure out what size you need measure the circumference of your elbow at the elbow joint and the circumference of the knee at the knee joint and compare your measurement to the sizing guide below.
Sizing Note: Generally with the Shred Pads we see that skinny boys and girls age 5-7 usually fit the XS/S sets and boys and girls age 7-8 generally will fit into the M/L size.
